PROJECTS
NEW AIRPLANE
Our greatest need is our first aircraft. We are raising funds for our first Cessna 206. When outfitted, the 206 will be able to get in and out of short, primitive airstrips, making it the perfect fit for our mission.
HANGAR
Operating an aircraft in Alaska means operating in one of the harshest environments on earth. It's not uncommon to see -50ºF up north in the winter. To operate in those environments, we need to be able to keep the aircraft warm and dry so that we aren't grounded by ice buildup or, worse, damage from being exposed to the elements.
TRAINING
One of our top priorities is training Indigenous Christians to become pastors in their own villages. Reach Aviation will pay for them to go through the Alaska School of Ministry, preparing them with sound Biblical teaching and credentials to fulfill God’s call on their lives. We will also pay to train pilots committed to working with us in mission aviation.
CHURCHES
Reach Aviation will partner with pastors and missionaries in the villages to fund the building of churches where there currently are none.
COUNSELING
We are committed to ending the endemic suicide, substance abuse, sexual abuse, and many other traumas within the villages. We recognize the effect behavioral and mental health professionals have on the healing and successful recovery of those who have experienced trauma. Reach Aviation will partner with mental healthcare agencies to send licensed counselors to the villages to provide care at no cost to the patients.
EXPANSION
Reach Aviation has plans to expand into more areas of ministry across the globe. Stay tuned for details!
